STD treatment from exposure to someone who may have a STD

These are the 3 most common STDs when you've had unprotected sex.You may start experiencing symptoms of urethritis, burning with urination, painful sex, vaginal odor or discharge. You may also be infected but asymptomatic (showing no symptoms).
You may use this form for confidential treatment if you have had unintentional sexual intercourse or contact (e.g. rape or sexual assault victim). We provide treatment for the most common treatable diseases like chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, and syphilis. We follow CDC recommended treatment guidelines.
Chlamydia
Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacteria Chlamydia trachomatis. Anyone can get and spread chlamydia, and it often doesn't cause symptoms. Because it doesn't always show symptoms, many people can spread chlamydia without knowing.
Chlamydia is more common in women aged 16-45 who are sexually active. Treating chlamydia is crucial, as untreated chlamydia can lead to irreversible damage in the reproductive system after a while.
Transmission/Prevention
Chlamydia is mainly spread through sexual contact with an infected person, including anal, oral, and vagina sex. A mother can also pass chlamydia to her child during childbirth. The use of condoms and other protective measures may reduce the chance of infection but does not eliminate it completely.
Gonorrhea
Gonorrhea infections, caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae, can be usually be cured with medication, however cases of antibiotic drug resistance are being seen ("Super Gonorrhea"). Gonorrhea can infect the throat, eyes, mouth, female reproductive tract, urethra, and rectum. Gonorrhea is mostly spread during oral, anal or vagina sexual activity, but babies can get infected during childbirth. It is very common especially among young people within the age of 15-24 years.
Transmission/Prevention
Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease. It can be transmitted during vaginal, anal, and oral sex. Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection caused by bacteria. It is spread mainly by contact with genital or bodily fluids.
The most effective way to avoid gonorrhea is to abstain from sex. Using a condom and sticking to one sexual partner can help prevent the spread of the infection.
Trichomoniasis
Trichomoniasis, “Trich”, is a very common STD caused by the protozoan parasite, Trichomonas vaginalis. Coinfection with other STDs and bacterial vaginosis is very common. Most people who have the parasite cannot tell they are infected.
Trichomonas is asymptomatic for many people; this means they may have the infection without knowing. Trichomonas is highly contagious, even when the symptoms do not occur. People who have sex are more prone to getting this infection, and it is the most common nonviral STI in the US, with over 3.7 million people infected. Only about 30% of people show symptoms of this infection.
Transmission/Prevention
Trichomoniasis is a common sexually transmitted infection caused by the parasite Trichomonas vaginalis and passed through semen and vaginal fluids during sexual activity. The best way to prevent trichomoniasis is through consistent and correct use of condoms during all penile-vaginal sexual encounters.
