No, each consultation comes with a one-time fee at the time the request has been submitted. There are no recurring fees charged.

No, prescription costs are paid at the pharmacy and prices vary from pharmacy to pharmacy.

No, the service fee is paid with major debit or credit cards only. Patients can use the HAS or FSA account if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo.

All information submitted on 24hrUrgent Doc is secured through end to end encryption. 24hrUrgent Doc does not share or sell information to third parties. If patients wish to submit an authorization request to share information with their PCP, patients will have to send an email to services@24hrUrgentddoc.com and a form will be sent for their records release.

Patients can submit requests 24 hours a day. Providers process requests daily from 6am-11pm CST. Service representatives are available daily from 8am-10pm CST.
