The most common discussed STIs are Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which are both bacterial infections and have similar symptoms such as itching, discharge, burning with urination and pelvic pain. Another type of bacterial STI which transmitted more frequently because many do not test for it, is Trichomoniasis or Trich by its colloquial term. Trichomoniasis may have similar symptoms. In addition to the previously mentioned STIs, there is also Syphilis. Although syphilis is a bacterial infection and can be treated with antibiotics, if treatment is delayed, symptoms may be permanent, so do not hesitate to seek treatment if you believe you may have been exposed. Some symptoms of syphilis in its early stages include, open sore rash on mouth, rectum or genitals. Then, a rash may appear along with fever if not treated at initial stages. In the latest period, neurological effects may occur.
In addition to bacterial STIs, there are also viral STDs, such as Herpes, Genital Warts, and HIV. While we can provide treatment, Herpes and HIV may require lab testing. If we are unable to provide treatment, 24hr Urgent Doc will refer you to your local Urgent Care or PCP for further evaluation and treatment.

3. Prescriptions
Prescriptions will be sent to your designated pharmacy. If we are unable to issue a prescription your pharmacy, you will be issued a full refund.

Each request, patients will need to complete a questionnaire regarding their health, symptoms, and history. When telehealth is not a viable option, patients will be advised to contact their physician or seek emergency treatment at their local std clinic. While completing the questionnaire, some options may prevent a patient from receiving services or treatments. Some exclusions include:
- Signs and Symptoms that demonstrates a more serious condition
- Some autoimmune illnesses or other long-term illnesses
- Excessive prescription requests
- Error in questionnaire
- Based on the provider's discretion
Refund Policy
The service fee is non-refundable once we have issued a prescription to your pharmacy. We will only issue you a refund if the assigned provider was unable to issue a prescription to your pharmacy. Any other refund request not meeting this requirement will be considered at the discretion of our medical providers.
